Somnogen Canada Inc. shall work towards a common goal of achieving total customer satisfaction and confidence by focusing on quality service at every stage of product manufacture and supply. Somnogen’s Quality Management System (QMS) by strives constantly to develop, manufacture, and supply only the highest quality pharmaceuticals and chemicals and to meet all applicable statutory and regulatory requirements.

This responsibility and commitment is practiced and communicated by top management through:

Implementing a system which meets the latest Quality Management Standard ISO 9001:2008, WHO-GMP / current good manufacturing practice (CGMP), for Human as well as pharmacopoeial / regulatory Requirements. Somnogen supports industry standards that can be clearly understood, managed and improved in effectiveness as well as efficiency;

Ensuring empowerment of people to deliver products which meet customer needs and expectations, and also provide for continual improvement;

Establishing and pursuing quality objectives and performance standards;

Reviewing of the suitability of quality policy by conducting management reviews; ensuring availability of resources.
